A Night in Bethlehem Volunteer 2009 (Teen & Adult)	A Night in Bethlehem event will incorporate both the annual Children's Christmas pageant with the annual Birthday Party for Jesus. The event will be held at WCUMC on Sunday, December 6, 2009, starting at 5 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help make the pageant and the Bethlehem experience run smoothly. A Night in Bethlehem/Christmas Pageant 2009	The event will begin on Sunday, December 6, at 5 p.m. in the church Sanctuary. Please register your child to participate in the pageant. Additionally, register your family's attendance for the Bethlehem experience that will take place in the church Fellowship Hall and gymnasium immediately following the pageant (around 5:30 p.m.) Also view the attached Word document for more information about the pageant (audition information, rehearsal dates and times, grade level songs, etc.) Contact Susanna Wegner at susannawegner@yahoo.com with questions about the pageant. Babysitting Co-Op Registration (General)	This Form is to be used if you and your children would like to to participate in the Babysitting Co-Op. You must register on this form for scheduling - you must also register your child(ren) each month you would like to bring them up to church so we know how many children to expect each month.

Childcare Request by Event Leader	Group/Event leaders will use this form to request childcare for a WCC event. NOTE 1: Event must have at least three children requiring childcare to place a reservation. NOTE 2: Childcare must be requested 7 days in advance of event.

Children's Christmas Pageant DVD	Reserve your copy of the 2008 Children's Christmas Pageant on High Definition DVD! Both the 9:05 & 11:15 a.m. services will be on the same DVD. Cost is $15 per DVD with proceeds going to WCC's children's music ministries.

DISCIPLE Courses - Fall 2009	Register for a Disciple Course this Fall at WCC! All classes begin the week of Aug. 23.
Dude Party Registration 2009	Dude. A retreat for dudes in 7-12th grades. A time to be dudes together. We’ll play dodgeball, eat manly food, hang out in small groups, watch action flicks and discover what it means to be a dude who follows Christ. The retreat costs $15 to cover food costs. Bring sleep stuff. Check in is Friday, November 13th at 7 pm and pick up is on Saturday, November 14th at 5 pm.

New Connections November 2009 Class	Please register if you are planning on attending the November 2009 New Connections Class. Orchestra Questionnaire	Please fill out the following questionnaire. We would like to be able to have a few instrumentalists play each week. This will help us in choosing musical works for Sundays this fall. Practices will be held at 10:10 in room 103 on the Sundays you are asked to play.
P.I.G.'s (Personal Interest Groups)	Personal Interest Groups will meet approximately once per quarter. Pick as many interest groups as you'd like! These groups are informal and easy to meet people. Small groups will introduce you to new people within our congregation and give you another avenue to enjoy others that love Christ!

Ski Trip Registration Form 2010	The Annual WCC Ski Trip will be Feb. 12-16, 2010 at Sunlight Mountain Resort in Glenwood Springs, CO. Cost includes: transportation, lodging, breakfasts, ski rental and lift tickets. Nonrefundable deposit of $100 needed by 11/30. Contact Jeff McDonough at 223-5739 for more info.
Strong Branches Retreat 2010	Recapture the natural fun of being family! The Strong Branches Retreat for students in 5th-12th grades AND their parents will focus on bringing families together to retreat, rebuild, and reconnect. We will retreat to have fun as a family. We will rebuild as a family by learning how to better communicate. We will reconnect with God through spiritual exercises that we will practice together as a family. The retreat will be held at Camp Wilderness in Lawson, MO on January 29-30, 2010. Special guest speakers for the weekend are Mike and Becky Qualls. The Qualls are marriage and family counselors, who have worked with hundreds of families, helping them rebuild their lives and marriages. Drive together as a family and arrive at 7 pm on Friday at Camp Wilderness. The retreat ends at 6 pm on Saturday. Cost is $25 per person, though it increases to $35 after November 16th, 2009.
Sunday School Registration	All children will be registered for the 2009/10 Sunday school year. The school year starts June 7, 2009 through May 30, 2010.

Women's Winter Retreat, 2010	Attention all WC Women! Our winter retreat will be held at the Hampton Inn on the Plaza January 8th-9th. Pam Morgan will be our speaker and her theme is "Extreme Makeover-Inside Edition." The cost of the retreat is $25 per person plus room fees of $127.32....if you have 4 in a room that's only $31.83 each! The costs include appetizers on Friday evening and a wonderful hot continental breakfast (for those staying at the hotel) and a real perk is complimentary parking!
